A better 401(k), and the guidance that makes it work.
Most companies offer a retirement plan and leave it there. We review the plan itself, help you meet your obligations as its fiduciary, and give your people the education that turns a benefit on paper into one they actually use.
Why this matters.

Most workplaces offer a 401(k) and little help understanding it. The plan gets chosen once, the paperwork gets filed, and years pass without anyone asking whether it is still the best plan available to the company, its management, and the people saving in it.
We start by reviewing the plan you already have. Is the investment lineup any good? What are participants actually paying, and for what? Is the service you receive what a company retirement plan specialist should be delivering, in plan quality, in responsiveness, and in the education your employees get? A plan that looked fine at signing is worth re-examining once the company has grown.
Then there are your obligations. Sponsoring a plan makes you a fiduciary under ERISA, with real duties to your participants and real requirements to comply with Department of Labor regulations. We help you understand where those obligations stand and what a prudent, documented process looks like, so the plan is not a liability sitting quietly on your balance sheet.
A plan nobody enrolls in is not a benefit. Poor enrollment and thin participant education are the most common and most fixable failures we see. We drive results by teaching people what they have, in plain language, so they use it.
Beyond the plan, we coordinate each person's investments, taxes, and financial plan both inside and outside the workplace, so the employer and the employee are working toward the same outcome rather than two disconnected halves of one financial life.
The workshops are education first. Employees are never required to become clients, and guidance in a workshop is general rather than personalized investment advice. When someone wants advice specific to their situation, that is a separate, voluntary conversation.
The problem this addresses.
Independent, third-party statistics that describe the environment our clients plan within. They are not a representation of Gasima Financial’s clients or results.
Employees who say they feel stressed about their finances.
Financially stressed employees who say that stress has hurt their productivity at work.
Time many financially stressed employees spend at work dealing with or worrying about personal finances.
Everything this covers.
Coordinated with the rest of your plan, never in a silo.

Whether the plan you signed up for is still the best one available to you. We look at the investment lineup, what participants are paying and for what, the quality of service you receive, and how much education your people are actually getting. Plans are often chosen once and never revisited, and what fit a ten-person company rarely fits the same company at fifty.
Sponsoring a retirement plan makes you a fiduciary, which carries duties to your participants and requirements to comply with Department of Labor regulations. In practice that means acting in participants' interest, understanding and monitoring fees, and following a prudent process you can document. We help you see where you stand and what that process should look like. We are not attorneys, so where a question is legal, we will say so and work with your counsel.
Usually, yes, and it is the most common thing we see. Low enrollment is rarely because people do not want to save. It is because nobody has explained the plan to them in language that makes sense. Education is what moves the number.
No. Workshops are education, and one-on-one sessions are private. Employees are never required to become clients, and there is no pitch built into the program.
Yes. We deliver programs on-site or virtually, and tailor the topics — budgeting, benefits, investing basics, equity compensation — to your workforce.
It is structured as an employer-sponsored benefit. We will scope a program and pricing with you based on team size and format.
Works better together.
Corporate financial wellness workshops provide general financial education, not personalized investment, tax, or legal advice. Individualized advisory services, and any retirement plan advisory or consulting engagement, are offered through Gasima Financial, a registered investment advisor, under a separate written agreement that describes the services provided and the capacity in which we act. Information about ERISA, fiduciary duties, and Department of Labor regulations is general and educational; it is not legal advice, and plan sponsors should consult qualified ERISA counsel about their specific obligations. A plan review does not guarantee any particular outcome, fee reduction, or level of participation. Participation in workshops is voluntary and does not require becoming a client. Statistics cited are from third parties and describe the workforce generally.
