Services provided
Gasima Financial provides investment advisory services (through a registered investment advisor) as well as tax preparation, bookkeeping, and related financial services. The specific services in any engagement are described in the written agreement between you and the firm. Services are delivered on an ongoing or project basis as agreed.
Fees and billing
Fees are established in your service agreement. [Describe fee structure — e.g., asset-based advisory fees billed [quarterly/monthly], fixed or hourly planning fees, and tax/bookkeeping fees — and when and how each is billed and collected.] A full description of advisory fees is contained in our Form ADV Part 2A brochure.
Cancellation
You may terminate an advisory engagement at any time by providing written notice as described in your agreement. [State any notice period.] Either party may terminate as permitted by the agreement and applicable law.
Refunds
Advisory fees are generally billed for services rendered. [If fees are billed in advance, describe how unearned, prepaid fees are refunded on termination — typically pro-rated through the termination date.] Tax and bookkeeping fees for completed work are generally non-refundable. Specific refund terms are governed by your service agreement.
